Welcome to 2020

What a year so far, by now we would have liked to be half way through our rugby season, but Covid-19 had other ideas. We now have a start date, and we are keen to get back on the field for 2020. First game is set to be played on the 25th July 2020.

Some changes we have had,

1) Under 10s will be combined with Nambour for the remaining of the season. Training will be at Woombye every week on a Thursday at 4pm

2) There will still be an under 17s Girls 7s team, playing for the Bushrangers go girls.

Our registrations for 2020 are OPEN, register on your app now, you can either register as a player for the season for register for training only and pay just $12 until the season starts.

Code of conduct

The Code applies to all participants of the game and there are certain standards of behaviour that are expected.

Players

Do not repeatedly breach the Laws of the Game
Always respect the match official and their decisions
Be a good sport

Coaches

Ensure the safety, health and welfare of your players comes first
Obtain and maintain all required coaching accreditations and associated education
Encourage fair play and/or positive behaviour
Maintain appropriate, professional relationships with players at all times
Report any potential corruption/betting offences

Spectators

Accept that everyone makes mistakes, do not ridicule or yell at players or match officials
Encourage children to play by the Laws of the Game and have fun
Comply with any conditions of entry and follow directions of the Ground Marshal and/or duty officials
Take an active role in eliminating bad behaviour of other spectators by reporting incidents to Ground Marshals
Let kids be kids
